Hatmaker Week 37, September 2019: Wear hats, always! Autumn Feeling Starts Now.

Blog Week 37 Banner.jpg

Autumn feeling crept up my spine as I walked to the gym the other day. At 6:00 am, strong winds and light rain slapped my face as I walked. It’s a good 20 min stroll to reach my destination. I am looking at a new great season to wear hats and pea coat. Temperature is going down every week now.

I got a ton of ideas for hats that I want to produce. The CUSTOM LEIFUR in Moss Green I showed you last week went up for sale. It sold fast. I am already planning my next trial fedora to show and sell. Now, you might wonder: how can you have time to make other hats than the ones waiting to be made? Are you not keeping customers waiting. I place any hat that I either want to wear personally or as a trial on queue. Just like any order. Last month I already planned out to be making another trial hat, which I can start on next week. Essentially I queue up just like anybody else. Fair enough? It’s a great way to stay creative and plan out work.

I urge you to challenge me to make something new. Place an order for your dream hat and let’s design it together. I start every order with a great conversation about what you are looking for. It’s important for me to have a clear view of what you wish to wear and for what occasion. You can always wear a hat but some still want a hat for a certain event.

Can someone please order a Black Homburg with red brim binding? I really want to make one. Would look really amazing.

This is another post I need to cut short and post late. I got hats to make and only one set of hands to make them with. Thank you everyone for loving hats and helping to keep them alive! Please wear hats regardless of dress code. They always look amazing!
